Dust extraction comprises of the extraction and filtration of dust particles, which would otherwise be exhausted to atmosphere and pollute the environment or your works processes. Dust particles are extracted via pin-point extraction connected directly to machinery, or purpose made manifolds or hoods. The dust particles are then extracted via correctly specified ducting and into the dust collection system.
The types of dry dust collection systems we specialize in are Baghouses and Cartridge Filter Systems. These systems are designed according to each application and various factors are taken into account such as temperature, volatility of the dust and other specific attributes of each different type of dust particle.
