  • The dimensions can be changed to meet your requirements.
  • The Extraction Exhaust Systems are equipped with single stage filter systems driven by double intake extraction fans.
  • This large spray booth is equipped with the required lighting on both sides along the length of the ceiling.
  • Additional lighting is installed along the sides of the walls and centred for enhanced lighting and added security in regards to your paint finish.
  • Additional spray booth lighting can be installed as required.
  • All induced air into the Spray Booth is filtered prior to entering the intake system.
  • The air is induced into the spray booth via the ceiling cavity which is fitted with the highest quality filter media.
  • The spray booth is placed under a positive pressure and all spray and fumes are forced downward into the false basement.
  • Should a side extraction spray booth be required in order to reduce costs by doing the required civil work for the false basement, this can also be designed.
  • The Spray Booth extraction system filters all exhausted air through the floor filters or side filters and ensures optimum performance and enhanced airflow, which results in increased operator comfort and a higher quality paint finish.
  • The spray booth is fitted with a baking system on each of the intake and exhaust systems which is fuelled either by diesel oil or gas, depending on your preference. Additional information about this baking system will be supplied upon request.
  • The Spray Booth is installed with 16m exhaust ducting. Should additional ducting be required in order to exhaust 1m above the roof level of your premises, this could be supplied as well.
