  • The dimensions for the Waterborne Spray Booth can be changed to meet your requirements.
  • Additional air is induced at a higher pressure and volume, through inlets located along the sides of the ceiling.

  • The Extraction Exhaust System for the Waterborne System is equipped with a single stage filter system driven by a double intake extraction fan.
  • The Waterborne Spray Booth is equipped with the required lighting on both sides along the length of the ceiling.
  • Additional lighting is installed along the sides of the walls and centred for enhanced lighting and added security in regards to your paint finish.
  • All induced air into the Waterborne Spray Booth is filtered prior to entering the intake system.
  • The air is induced into the Waterborne Spray Booth via the ceiling cavity which is fitted with the highest quality filter media.
  • The booth is placed under a positive pressure and all spray and fumes are forced downward into the false basement.
  • The Waterborne Spray Booth extraction system filters all exhausted air through the floor filters and ensures optimum performance and enhanced airflow, which results in increased operator comfort and a higher quality paint finish.
  • The booth is fitted with a baking system which is fuelled either by diesel oil or gas, depending on your preference. Additional information about the baking system can be supplied upon request.
  • The Waterborne Spray Booth is installed with 5m exhaust ducting. Should additional ducting be required in order to exhaust 1m above the roof level of your premises, this could be supplied as well.
